Shipping, Pick Up & Delivery Policy
Pick Up & Delivery Policy:
When you place an order for pick up or shipping, we strive to have your package ready and out the door within 48 hours. Due to special promos or yearly events; Christmas Sales, we may need a little more time to fulfill orders.
If you are local and are picking up but need your order within 24 hours please state so in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the checkout page and we’ll do our very best to have ready for you. For your convenience, you can also leave an order note to tell us which day you’d like to pick up. Example: you order on Monday but you won’t be able to pick up until Saturday, just write 'this Saturday pick up please' in the order notes :)
Local Pick Ups: You will be notified that your order is ready for pick up. You must pick up your order within 48 hours of being placed out. Beyond the 48 hour period we will not be held responsible for issues with any of your products due to weather like heat, humidity cold. Most of our products are sensitive to these conditions.
We have a pick up bin located by our side door that is under surveillance at all times. This is our home after all and we have a right to protect it, our business and your purchases.
If you fail to pick up your order by the 30th day, we’ll deem you’ve abandoned your purchase and will not issue a return of funds.
Local Delivery: If you're unable to pick up and require local delivery please chose that option and we will be happy to deliver. Local deliveries will be contactless due to Covid-19. Please make ensure there is a dry, safe place available for item drop off.
Out Of Town Delivery: If you live in the surrounding area of Woodstock, ON and would like to have your order hand delivered please chose that option on the shipping page while checking out. We have dedicated the third Saturday of every month to do out of town deliveries. We can also arrange drop offs/pick ups with our current resellers in various cities like St. Thomas, Thamesford and Tillsonburg as well, just shoot us a message to arrange.
Shipping: We reserve the right to chose which parcel carrier company we ship our products through. Packages will be sent out with tracking whenever possible and tracking information will be sent to you. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
If an item is missing from your shipment please notify us within 24 hours. We do double check and take a photo of each package mailed out for accuracy.
