Returns/Refunds:

Unfortunately due to personal and sensitive nature of our products, some being a one time use; like bath bombs, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds at this time.

We absolutely want our customers to be happy with their purchase and would like to address any concerns you may have regarding a product you’ve purchased. If a product fails to meet your expectations please don’t hesitate in reaching out to us.

We take great pride in the products we create but unfortunately we are not able to make products that a free from every known allergy or ailment. Each individual person is unique with different needs, allergies, skin types etc. We are not a nut free company. Although we practice extreme Good Manufacturing and Housekeeping Practices we cannot guarantee that some products haven’t been in contact with other allergens throughout the supply chain. With that said, when you make a purchase with us you do so at your own risk.
